Shipping & Damage Policy (Shopify Shipping Policy)
Processing time most orders ship within 3-7 business days, but because some products are made to order and handcrafted in small batches, processing may take up to 14 days.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship using major carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx, depending on the best option). Tracking is provided for shipped orders.
Damaged Packages / Items
Natural Is Black LLC carefully packages every order to protect your items during transit. However, once your package is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carrier handling, including crushed boxes, punctures, leaks caused by rough handling, or delivery delays.
We WILL make it right if:
• The damage was caused by insufficient packaging on our end, OR
• The wrong item was sent, OR
• An item is missing from your order.
What to do if your order arrives damaged
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [B1Naturalisblack@gmai.com] with:
1) Your order number
2) Clear photos of the outside of the package (including the shipping label)
3) Clear photos of the damage to the item(s)
4) Photos of the packing materials inside the box
After review, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Carrier Claims
If damage appears to be caused by carrier handling, we may ask you to assist with a carrier claim. We’ll provide guidance on what to submit.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Natural Is Black LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Weather / Heat Disclaimer
Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, extreme heat may cause softening or melting during transit. This does not affect product quality. If your item arrives warm, allow it to return to room temperature before use.
